Andrew McCartin is the Youth Ministry Coordinator at Churches of Christ Penrith. He works with an awesome team of leaders who are committed to seeing young people come to know God’s love and purpose for their lives. Our vision is to guide young people towards a hopeful future, with God in their hearts, by showing them love, patience, faith and hope. We have this vision because we believe that knowing Jesus makes life worth living and this is something all young people need to grasp hold of and take to heart.

Youth Group is for young people in Years 7 to 10. They meet together on Friday nights. Friday night activities run from 6.30pm to 8.30pm and consist of a time of fun and fellowship where young people come together to learn about God while having fun joining in activities such as worship nights, extreme sport nights, messy games nights, movie nights and much more.

On occasion, they also go out to places such as Lazer Zone, Putt Putt Golf, Ten Pin Bowling, etc. This group is known as RAGE. This stands for Recognise who you are in Christ, Accept Jesus and what He did for you, Glorify God in everything you do, Evangelise.
